What Is an EVA
Scented Tag?
A solid piece of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) that holds fragrance oil inside the material and lets it evaporate slowly. Also called an EVA fragrance tag, scented card, sachet or air freshener.
The fragrance sits inside the solid. No liquid to spill, no bottle to break, no refill step — easy to ship, easy to pack and easy to place in tight spaces.
Fragrance oil is absorbed into the EVA material during production.
The oil moves slowly to the surface and evaporates into the surrounding air.
Release speed depends on fragrance load, tag thickness, temperature and airflow. A higher load, like our 50%, gives the tag more scent to release over time.

Verification
Most suppliers say how long a tag lasts. Few show how they know. If you plan to print “lasts up to 12 months” on your packaging, we give you a record to back it.

- Weigh sample tags at fixed intervals — the weight curve shows the release rate.
- Score scent strength at each interval (scored by our QC team).
